BDD (Body Dysmorphic Disorder)
Lana is looking at the mirror , she looking at the pretty face and lovely that staring back at her. she's smile but with 2 seconds that smile now turns into an angry face. now the reflection say that she is so unsatisfy for what she looks like..
yet Lana has 13 times beauty surgery in her life. everybody says that she is a perfect girls. and also she is a famous supermodel. so what makes she feeling so unhappy for her looks?

Outside opinion will typically disagree and may protest that there even is a defect. The defect exists in the eyes of the beholder, and one with BDD really does feel as if they see something there that is defective.
People with BDD say that they wish that they could change or improve some aspect of their physical appearance even though they are generally of normal or even highly attractive appearance. Body dysmorphic disorder causes sufferers to believe that they are so unspeakably hideous that they are unable to interact with others or function normally for fear of ridicule and humiliation about their appearance. This can cause those with this disorder to begin to seclude themselves or have trouble in social situations. More extreme cases may cause a person to develop love-shyness, a chronic avoidance of all intimate relationships. They can become secretive and reluctant to seek help because they fear that others will think them vain or because they feel too embarrassed. It has been suggested that fewer men seek help for the disorder than women.People with BDD never be happy . altough she has a good looking and great life. thats what Lana feel.

cantik dalam 2 menit
Apa yang terjadi saat kamu harus berfoto atau meeting dengan orang penting sedangkan penampilan kamu saat itu ga mendukung sama sekali buat dikatakan 'cantik' dan waktu sama sekali udah mepet banget. berikut ada tipsnya buat tampil cantik yang cuma butuh 2 menit tepat sebelum saat kamera di klik:
40 detik pertama : sapukan bedak secara tipis merata, porsi di bawah kelopak mata sebaiknya lebih banyak, buat yang ga terbiasa pakai bedak bisa pakai kertas minyak supaya wajah terlihat fresh. ga ada kertas minyak juga?? tissue bisa diandalkan
20 detik berikutnya : sangatlah ribet ketika harus pakai maskara agak bulu mata terlihat lebih berisi. jadi eyelash curler sudah cukup 10 detik mata kiri dan 10 detik mata kanan. ga ada eyelash curler(penjepit bulu mata)??cukup lentikkan bulu mata dengan jari telunjuk yang sudah dijilat. (believe it or not, air ludah bisa menjaga kestabilan bulu mata beberapa saat)
10 detik berikutnya : sapukan blush on di pipi kiri dan kanan ke arah atas tipis saja, ga ada blush on?? cubit saja pipi selama 10 detik dan tepuk tepukan sebentar
50 detik terakhir: inilah final touch yang akan berujung pada 2 menit tampil cantik instantly.
rapikan lipstik, dan jika lipstick, lipcolor pun ga ada? its okay, gigitlah bibir atas dan bawah bergantian selama 50 detik

Danau Saif ul Malook
inilah hari pertama Shanty menginjakan kaki di Pakistan.
Tempat yang sangat asing dan belum pernah ia kunjungi sebelumnya. Tapi Shanty sudah bertekad kuat untuk melanjutkan S2nya di Pakistan. Banyak orang yang bilang, mengapa tidak ke Mesir saja atau ke Jepang, India, tempat yang lebih baik dan lebih aman. Bagi Shanty Pakistan lah yang terpilih dalam hatinya dengan pertimbangan, di Pakistan mayoritas muslim dan biaya hidupnya pun hampir sama dengan di Indonesia.
Di siang hari ini, matahari dengan teriknya menyengat ubun-ubun. Shanty sudah kelelahan naik beberapa bis setelah dari bandara. Ini adalah pemberhentian terakhir yang ia yakini telah membawanya pada Naran. Dekat Mansehra distrik. Tujuannya saat ini adalah rumah Rusida- sahabat 'chatting'nya walau tak pernah bertemu secara langsung namun mereka sudah bersahabat sejak lama via email, chat online, mobile bahkan webcam. Dari Rusida lah Shanty tahu banyak tentang Pakistan hingga ahirnya ia membulatkan tekad untuk melanjutkan studi di sana. Rusida sendiri adalah perempuan Indonesia yang sudah menikah dengan pria Pakistan, dan sedang melanjutkan studi S2nya, oleh karena itu ia merasa sangat senang membantu Shanty dan siap menerima Shanty di rumahnya di Naran.
Saat ini Shanty berjalan kepanasan dengan tatapan aneh dari orang-orang disekelilingnya. Entah apa yang mereka perhatikan, padahal Shanty berbaju muslimah dengan jilbab menutupi dada, mungkin karena wajah Shanty yang 'sangat melayu' dan kulitnya yang terang dibandingkan kebanyakkan orang. Saat itu ia merasa sebagai seorang yang sangat asing, kelelahan membuatnya ingin merebahkan diri di suatu tempat yang sejuk, namun dimanakah itu selain di rumah Rusida nanti.
Tiba-tiba ia teringat akan mesjid, ia belum menunaikan sholat dhuhur ''bukankah, lebih baik sholat dulu?'' fikirnya.
Ia pergi ke toko kelontong ,bersamaan dengan datangnya Shanty, seorang Pria pun turun dari mobile Honda Accord silver. Namun Shanty tak memperhatikannya karena dahaga sangat menyiksanya ia hanya ingin membeli air mineral,
''kitne paise?'' Shanty menunjuk sebuah botol air mineral berbahasa Urdu.
'' 15 rupees''
Shantypun segera menyerahkan uang recehan dan mengambil botol tersebut.
Segera ia membuka botol tersebut dan mereguknya, dan seketika itu pula ia merasa diperhatikan oleh mata seorang pria, ia menengok ke sampingnya dan memang pria itu-pria yang turun dari mobil sedang memperhatikannya.
